1.1 Hardware and Software Warranty Information
TEN – Sold and / or Installed Hardware
TEN warrants Sold or Installed products to be free from physical defects
in material and workmanship for a period of 1-year from the date of
shipment. In case of a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, we
will repair or replace the product at our option using new or refurbished
equipment / components.
Manufacturer Limited Warranty warrant that for a
period of one (1) year, the hardware purchased by customer ("Hardware")
shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal authorized
use consistent with the product instructions.
TEN – Sold and / or Installed Software
All TEN Sold or Installed software products come with a 90 DAYS warranty.
The 90-day warranty period ends 90 days after the product shipment date.
Manufacturers warrant that for a period of
ninety (90) days, the software shall be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal authorized use consistent with the product
instructions.
The Manufacturer Limited Hardware Warranty:
Manufacturer will repair or replace any defective products shipped to
customer, provided it is returned to them within that period.
1.2 Service & Support
After the relevant warranty period, TEN offers a Service & Support
Contract, in cooperation with their International Partners, to support the
installed equipment at the annual percentage of the total contract value -
PLUS the sales Tax percentage applied at invoice date.
